I am a backend and full-stack software engineer with 5+ years of experience building, deploying, and maintaining web applications and APIs. I specialize in Python and have extensive experience with FastAPI, Django, Django REST Framework, Flask, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and AWS. I also work across the frontend using React, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript. I have built production systems across fleet management, e-commerce, payments, ordering, and business operations. One of my key projects was a fleet management platform built with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and Angular, covering vehicle assignments, maintenance, fuel requests, incidents, reporting, role-based access, and automated notifications. I have also developed payment and commerce integrations using M-PESA Daraja, WooCommerce, Twilio, and third-party payment gateways.
