Alan Tepfer

I’m an operations and program management professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting teams, improving workflows, managing client relationships, and coordinating complex operational processes across healthcare, education, and financial recovery environments. In my current role, I manage healthcare-related operational workflows involving EMR review, documentation verification, Medicare eligibility requirements, and coordination with multi-facility stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment. I also support executive-level projects, QA testing, and process improvement initiatives. Previously, I spent several years in financial recovery operations, managing complex client cases and contributing to recovery efforts totaling more than $50M. Earlier in my career, I led and expanded educational programs, managed teams, and helped improve operational efficiency and service delivery. I’m especially interested in remote roles involving operations coordination, program management, workflow optimization, client services, healthcare operations, or cross-functional support. I work well independently, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly to new systems and responsibilities.
