I am a senior Nigerian lawyer with over two decades of experience across litigation, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. As Founder and Principal Counsel of Akoji A. Abutu and Co. since 2014, I have built a practice trusted by individuals, businesses, and institutions to handle high-stakes legal matters with precision and strategic clarity. Key highlights of my practice include leading multi-party land and property dispute litigation, advising businesses on commercial contracts and debt recovery, conducting due diligence on high-value real estate transactions, and providing compliance counsel in regulated sectors including betting and gaming. My earlier service as Legal Counsel at the EFCC further sharpened my expertise in financial crime enforcement, investigative procedures, and regulatory law.
