In addition, I support hiring by posting job openings, reviewing applicants, and helping with onboarding tasks. I keep internal files, calls, and training materials organized in tools like ClickUp and Skool. I also provide executive and personal assistance by managing the CEO’s schedule and coordinating personal bookings, helping reduce the time they spend on these tasks so they can focus more on running and growing the company.
