I design for complexity — enterprise SaaS, fintech, and AI-driven platforms where dense data, layered logic, and competing stakeholder needs are the norm. My focus: Complexity → Clarity. As Senior Design Consultant at Rightpoint (a Genpact company), I lead end-to-end UX for the Genpact Insurance Policy Suite, an AI-assisted commercial underwriting platform on ServiceNow. I redesigned the Exposure Management module to surface AI-generated risk flags inline, cutting underwriter review time by ~30%, and I design agentic AI decision workflows that turn ambiguous risk signals into auditable, actionable interfaces. Earlier in my career, I designed real-time airport operations dashboards at NEC Corporation (passenger flow, safety monitoring, identity systems) and assisted-commerce experiences for low-literacy rural users at Arth Rural Connect. Across all of it, the thread is the same: take a system too complex for its users, and make it make sense.
