I am an Advocate currently working as an Executive – Legal in the renewable energy sector with an EPC company. I have around 4 years of experience handling legal documentation, land due diligence, title verification, lease and easement deeds, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsels for land acquisition and compliance matters related to renewable energy projects. Two achievements I am particularly proud of are: Successfully managing land due diligence for multiple renewable energy project locations by reviewing title documents, identifying legal risks, and helping resolve issues such as cross-possession, ownership discrepancies, and revenue record inconsistencies, enabling projects to move forward with reduced legal risk. Streamlining legal documentation and stakeholder coordination for lease registrations, easement deeds, and compliance processes, which improved turnaround time and supported smoother project execution across different locations. For my next role, I am looking for a remote legal position where I can leverage my experience in contracts, land due diligence, legal operations, compliance, and document review. I am interested in working with organizations that value structured legal processes and offer opportunities to grow in commercial contracts, real estate, infrastructure, or renewable energy law. I am looking for a role that combines independent ownership of legal work with collaboration across teams, while providing flexibility through a remote work environment.
