I lead cybersecurity at the intersection of cyber operations, incident response, enterprise risk and business resilience. With 19+ years across global financial services, consulting and technology environments, I have built and led security capabilities spanning cyber operations, SOC, threat intelligence, threat hunting, incident response, digital forensics, security risk and regulatory governance. In my current VP role at Synchrony Financial, I provide executive and technical leadership across cyber incident response, Cyber Ops, security metrics and audit. I have led 12+ enterprise-wide incident responses and work closely with Legal, Corporate Communications, Technology, Information Security and regulatory stakeholders on high-stakes investigations and response obligations. Previously, I led a 30+ member global 24x7 Joint Security Operations Center, with accountability for security operations, incident response strategy and executive reporting. One of the areas I am particularly proud of was transforming the team's human-capital strategy, reducing attrition from 40% to 6% while accelerating the deployment of 90+ advanced detection use cases. My earlier experience spans security consulting, threat detection, technology risk and security engineering. At Accenture, I helped develop a data-breach readiness and ransomware solution that secured nine global enterprise deals and more than $510K in annual recurring revenue, while supporting security maturity initiatives across 150+ global clients. I also bring deep technical grounding in threat intelligence, threat hunting, DFIR, vulnerability management, application security and security architecture. That technical foundation continues to shape how I approach executive-level risk decisions: understand the threat, quantify the exposure, build the right capability, and translate cyber risk into action.
