I work at the intersection of People Operations and employee experience, focusing on building and running the foundations that allow organisations to scale effectively. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve supported high-growth tech and mission-driven organisations through scale and change. In my most recent role as a People Lead, I owned People Operations and People Experience across the business, working closely with the CPO and leadership team to deliver both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. My experience spans the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit, with a strong focus on ensuring processes are clear, consistent and actually work in practice. I’ve led on employee relations cases, supported and coached managers through complex situations, and built policies and frameworks that balance compliance with a positive employee experience. Alongside core operations, I’ve delivered end-to-end people projects including early careers programmes, engagement and wellbeing initiatives, internal communications and organisational change. I enjoy taking ideas from concept through to delivery, ensuring they land effectively and create real impact. I’m particularly strong at bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning stakeholders and keeping things moving. I naturally think in both people and business terms, using data, feedback and insight to guide decisions and improve outcomes. My background in psychology shapes how I approach my work, combining emotional intelligence with clarity and execution. I’m now looking to continue growing in People Operations and delivery-focused roles, with an increasing interest in using data and insight to strengthen both employee experience and business performance.
