I am a Finance and Accounting Professional with 12+ years of experience, with strong experience in hospitality, real estate, short-term rentals, financial reporting, reconciliations, VAT, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and client and vendor management. Over my career, I have developed strong skills in managing financial records, investigating discrepancies, preparing management reports, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely financial information. Two key achievements include improving financial reconciliation and reporting processes to identify and resolve discrepancies, missing invoices, VAT adjustments, and payment differences, and successfully managing finance operations across multiple properties and portfolios while maintaining accurate revenue, expense, and owner account records.
