At the core of my work I have been a technical troubleshooter with a talent for expressing technical issues to non-technical people. I am highly motivated by learning new systems and being given a problem to solve. In my 8 years of experience, I started in a help desk technical support position and developed a deep understanding of the products and technologies used. After 2 years of dedicated work, I was recognized for my interest and was granted a position in Firmware QA. 6 years later, the company recognized a niche role that would benefit from my specific skills. This new opportunity led to further developing my skills in Python and DevOps while supporting and developing applications for the company. I also provided high level technical support internally and directly with customers. I am looking for a new position that will recognize my drive for learning and provide interesting problems to solve in a technical way.
