I sit between business and technical teams: translating unclear requirements into structured backlogs, running Agile ceremonies that are purposeful rather than procedural, and making sure nothing important falls through the cracks when work moves between people. I also build with AI, not as a novelty, but as a core part of how I work, using LLMs as production components. I use AI daily to synthesise information, reduce documentation overhead, and prototype solutions faster.
