I am a Software Development Engineer in Test with 3 years of experience developing and testing web applications. In this time I have constructed stable test automation suites across the API and UI layers of 2 projects. During both of these I developed both the test suite infrastructure including POM files and database interaction scripts as well as test methods. I also led the testing effort for the later of the two where I established testing criteria, determined operating procedures, and documented expected application specifications. Additionally, I built tools to support testing efforts other test automation engineers. One such tool is a safe and ready to use database interaction system to tie NUnit tests to real data that is automatically torn down that currently sees use across 5 projects. I also built a template project that wraps Deloitte internal tooling to allow for efficient project setup. Currently I am looking for a remote role in software engineering or test automation that will allow me to continue my work and growth as a developer of both infrastructure and out-facing applications and tooling.
