Role
: Monday Implementation Manager

Monthly Rate: $3,000

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Time Zone: 9-6 PM EST

Requirements

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

- Manage 10-20  active client accounts, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and to the highest standard.

- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and translate them into tailored monday.com solutions.

- Build and configure custom workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations on monday.com to meet client requirements.

- Lead strategy sessions, provide training, oversee account governance and permissioning, and deliver ongoing support to ensure client success.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and providing exceptional customer service.

- Proactively diagnose issues, escalating internally as needed, with quick resolution to maintain project momentum.

- Collaborate with internal teams and monday.com to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

- Track and document project progress, ensuring deliverables align with scope and client expectations.

Good to have:

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

- Experience providing training and creating documentation for end-users.

- Familiarity with related platforms (e.g., make.com, Zapier) is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Proven experience with monday.com, including advanced workflow design, automations, and integrations.

- 3+ years of project management, implementation, or consulting experience in a client-facing role.

- Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
