4. 明确团队成员工作职责和目标，定期进行绩效回顾；
5. 辅导下属能力，以不断提升团队业绩；
6. 整合各类资源（人、TE、M&P、SE、车辆等），提高资源使用效率
Qualifications/任职条件
1. 大专及以上学历;
2. 5年以上FMCG销售经验，2年以上销售管理经验；
3. 拥有专业的经销商管理能力，较强的市场判断及数据分析能力；
4. 良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力,能有效辅导及激励下属，带领团队达成预定业绩目标;
5. 具有优秀的中文演讲沟通技巧；
6. 强烈的责任心及职业操守，善于在压力下开展工作。
