Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized institution with valid Bar Council enrollment
- 0–5 years of post-enrollment experience
- Willingness to work on a per-case, per-project, or retainer basis
- Access to local courts and familiarity with local court procedures is a strong advantage
- Strong written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional language a plus)
Engagement Terms
- Mode: Part-time, freelance, or case-to-case — fully flexible
- Location: Pan-India (your home city/jurisdiction)
- Remuneration: Paid per matter, per appearance, or per project — mutually agreed upon
