AI Summary

You will take ownership of YouTube channel projects, managing everything from content ideation and scriptwriting to SEO-driven publishing and performance analysis. Your role involves producing content at scale, optimizing for search intent, and running experiments to improve channel growth and engagement.

We’re looking for a YouTube Product Manager Intern to join our English-speaking team

You’ll work alongside an experienced team and progressively take ownership of your own channels and projects. With the goal of understanding the algorithm better than the competition, and win. 🚀

This is not a content creator internship. You’ll learn how to build and grow YouTube channels as a product: creating channels, researching keywords, producing content at scale, ranking videos, analysing performance and testing what works.

🏆 Our playing field is iGaming (online casino) one of the most competitive markets out there, and for that exact reason, one of the most rewarding.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of channel projects, from the idea through to the results. You’ll be supported by an experienced team, but the editorial calls and format decisions are yours.

Your work starts with creating and developing YouTube channels for English-speaking markets, grounded in research! Keywords, search intent, competitors, content opportunities. On a typical day, you'll:

  • Produce videos at scale: ideas, scripts, voice-over, thumbnails and publishing
  • Help build SEO-driven content strategies designed to rank
  • Remix and repurpose existing content to test new keywords, angles and formats
  • Optimise titles, thumbnails and hooks based on performance
  • Track rankings, CTR, retention, traffic and conversions
  • Run experiments, analyse the results and decide what to test next
  • Use AI and automation throughout the workflow
  • Learn how to operate within YouTube policies and a regulated industry

GreenTomatoMedia — Chiang Mai, Thailand or remote — 3 to 6 months, with a path to a permanent role

Who we’re looking for

We don't care about your degree as much as your curiosity, analytical thinking and ability to take ownership.

  • You’re a heavy YouTube user and naturally notice why some videos work
  • You like testing rather than guessing
  • You’re comfortable working with numbers and learning from failure
  • You’re proactive and willing to figure things out independently
  • You have some experience with video editing or content creation
  • You understand basic SEO or are genuinely interested in learning it
  • You already use AI tools and like experimenting with new ones
  • Excellent English, written and spoken

A strong plus: you’ve already run a YouTube channel, website, social account or personal content project.

What you'll get

💪 Real responsibility rather than a shadowing internship
🎓 Training and support from an experienced YouTube team
🛠️ Access to internal tools, automation and data
🏝️ Full Remote work or go to our Chiang Mai office
🕐 Flexible working environment

What comes after the internship

Our teams are young and built around performance rather than seniority: several of our current team leads started as interns 🌟

This internship is designed as a way in, not as a one-off assignment. Our YouTube division is growing: The large majority of our interns who perform well are offered a permanent position at the end of the internship. From there, the growth is real and fast.

Depending on your results and your appetite, that can mean a wider scope, ownership of a portfolio of channels, and then managing a team of your own! 🚀
