We're building the content engine that makes Windsor the default answer when someone asks an AI, a search engine, or a colleague how to connect their tech stack and trust their numbers. We need someone to run it.
If YouTube isn't your primary world, how you think, how you create, how you grow, this isn't the right fit. This isn't creative direction from a distance: you'll be constantly making YouTube videos yourself for Windsor's channel. At the same time, you're the strategic mind behind our affiliate ecosystem, giving creators direction and ideas for the content they make about Windsor, running the influencer pipeline, and driving co-marketing with our partners.
• Windsor's YouTube channel end-to-end, tutorials, product demos, use cases, cut into Shorts and repurposed across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• A weekly content calendar, built with your own eye for what makes someone stop scrolling.
• Relationships with data & marketing influencers in the US market, YouTube creators, LinkedIn voices, newsletter writers.
• Windsor's affiliate network, creators promoting Windsor with a 30% lifetime revenue share, giving them direction, ideas, scripts, and assets to succeed.
• Co-marketing with solutions partners: case studies, joint content, templates to feature in our template gallery.
• YouTube is your native language, you've built or grown a channel and know the platform mechanically, not just as a viewer.
• You're hands-on: constantly creating, on camera or behind the edit, not just directing from a distance.
• You can turn one long-form video into a week of content without it feeling like leftovers.
• You can also think strategically, giving affiliates and creators sharp direction and ideas, not just logistics.
• You've managed influencer or creator relationships and know what a good brief looks like.
• You move fast with AI-assisted workflows and modern tools (Metricool, CapCut, Opus Clip, Descript, Canva, or similar).
Marketing tech / analytics background · familiarity with the AI/LLM space (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) · your own audience in the data/marketing space.
• Work directly with Windsor's CMO on strategy and content direction.
• Real ownership, build the playbook, not just execute someone else's.
• A fast-growing product and category.
• Flexible setup: full-time or freelance/contract, fully remote.
