Job Description
Project Coordination & Support
- Assist Engagement Managers in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks, deliverables, and milestones
- Maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, meeting agendas, and notes
- Support scheduling of client meetings, internal team touchpoints, and workshops across multiple time zones
- Help ensure deadlines and deliverables are clearly communicated and met
Client & Team Communication
- Serve as a point of coordination for client inquiries and internal project questions
- Prepare and distribute weekly status reports and communication updates
- Support meeting preparation by assembling materials, decks, workbooks, and follow‑up documentation
Project Tracking & Governance
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, or blockers to Engagement Managers
- Assist with maintaining Workday project methodology artifacts (e.g., Project Management Workbook, cutover trackers, testing readiness files)
- Support resource tracking and forecast updates
Operational Support for the Workday Practice
- Contribute to standardizing Engagement Management processes, templates, and best practices
- Help maintain documentation libraries and SharePoint project sites
- Participate in internal process improvement initiatives within the Workday Practice
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced consulting environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Interest in Workday and/or project management methodologies
