The Product Manager will own and optimize the Workday US Payroll ecosystem for over 10,000 employees, managing the roadmap and system enhancements. They will partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and effective system integrations.
•Serve as primary product owner for Workday US Payroll, from requirements to deployment.•Maintain the payroll roadmap aligned with HR and Finance goals.•Monitor Workday releases and implement relevant new features.•Partner with Payroll Operations, Time & Attendance, and Absence Management to ensure data accuracy.•Oversee integrations with Workday HCM, Benefits, Darwin Mercer, tax providers, and financial systems.•Lead testing and deployment of payroll configuration changes.•Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws, SOX, and data privacy requirements.
•Bachelor’s degree required.•5+ years Workday Payroll experience with product ownership or leadership responsibilities.•Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and operations.•Experience with Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Benefits integration.•Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
