We are hiring: Wholesale Manager, Japan

VALMONT is looking for a passionate and results-driven Wholesale Manager to support the continued growth of our business in Japan.

This is a key client-facing role focused on developing our spa, salon, and hotel spa channel. The successful candidate will build new partnerships, strengthen existing accounts, and contribute to the

sustainable growth of our luxury skincare business in the Japanese market.

We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial capability with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.

Key responsibilities

· Develop new business opportunities with spas, salons, and hotel spas

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners

· Drive sales growth across existing accounts

· Lead negotiations and support the onboarding of new partners

· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-quality brand experience

Ideal profile

· Experience in B2B sales and business development within luxury, premium consumer goods, or cosmetics

· Proven ability to acquire new accounts and grow sales

· Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

· A proactive and independent working style

· Interest in working in an international environment

Experience in the spa, salon, or hotel spa channel and English communication skills would be an advantage.
