Coordinate and lead virtual or in-person meetings with union members
Break down benefit options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
Help members choose coverage that fits their family’s needs
Keep detailed records and complete necessary follow-ups
Excellent communication and people skills
Comfortable using basic computer systems
Self-starter with strong discipline and reliability
Organized and able to manage time effectively
Must be able to pass a background check
Full training program — prior experience not required
