Website Development Associate

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with our development team to design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress and Typescript/React.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise on existing websites.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in web development and make suggestions for improvements to our processes and workflows.

• Participate in team meetings and provide regular status updates on projects.

• Complete assigned tasks on time and with a high level of quality.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Coding fundamentals - knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures and a strong command of at least one programming language.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Nice-to-haves. The more of these you have the better, but none are required.

• Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript.

• Experience with a website builder like Wordpress, Wix or Squarespace.

• Experience building web pages or web applications for school or side projects.

• Familiarity with Git version control.
