Manage and maintain company websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Publish and update website content, pages, forms, and digital assets.
Administer website users, permissions, domains, DNS, hosting, SSL certificates, backups, and CDN services.
Monitor website availability, performance, and security, responding to incidents and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Perform website updates, testing, release management, and maintain technical documentation.
Implement and monitor technical SEO, website accessibility, and performance optimisation best practices.
Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Produce regular website performance reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Design, Security, and external vendors to support business and digital objectives.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing websites and Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
Experience with website hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and web security practices.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web troubleshooting.
Familiarity with technical SEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
Understanding of website performance optimisation, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Based in Egypt
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing bilingual (English/Arabic) websites and RTL layouts.
Knowledge of Linux servers, cloud hosting platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and CDN services.
Experience with Git/version control and deployment processes.
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
Relevant certifications in WordPress, SEO, web technologies, cloud services, or cybersecurity.
Experience working in a corporate or enterprise digital environment.
