  • Animations & Interactions: Implement engaging, seamless animations and scroll effects using Webflow Interactions 2.0.

  • Custom Coding: Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow’s functionality and integrate third-party APIs or tools when native features are insufficient.

  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct regular website audits, fix bugs, and continuously improve site architecture and performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven professional experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong, verifiable portfolio of live Webflow sites.

  • Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in the Webflow platform, including its Designer, CMS, and Interactions.

  • Coding Skills: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and foundational JavaScript.

  • Design Handoff: Experience collaborating with designers and working seamlessly with tools like Figma.

  • SEO & Performance: Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals, web accessibility (WCAG) standards, and performance optimization techniques.

  • Core Traits: High attention to detail (pixel-perfect mentality), excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Familiarity with standard Webflow frameworks and naming conventions (e.g., Finsweet's Client-First, Relume Library).

  • Experience with automation and integration tools like Zapier, Make, or Wized.
