About the role:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Web Project Coordinator to support website development projects, improve delivery processes, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset toward improving execution.

The Delivery Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Delivery and will primarily support delivery leadership by maintaining visibility, follow-through, communication, and process consistency. This role is not responsible for independently managing the entire delivery function. Instead, it helps ensure that projects, tasks, and commitments remain organized and moving forward.

What you’ll be doing:

• Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, and delivery commitments to keep projects on schedule

• Maintain and update project boards using Asana and Kanban methodologies

• Coordinate daily task assignments, follow-ups, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners

• Keep project statuses, owners, priorities, and next steps accurate and up to date

• Identify blockers, missing information, technical dependencies, and potential delivery risks early

• Coordinate communication between clients, leadership, developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders

• Translate client requests and project requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers and specialists

• Assist with collecting client content, approvals, access, and other information required for project completion

• Handle straightforward WordPress or Shopify content and administrative updates where appropriate

• Support QA, SOP documentation, process improvements, and adherence to defined workflows and standards.

Who are we looking for?

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or a similar role

• Experience supporting digital projects, websites, software, or agency environments is preferred

• Strong experience with Asana, Kanban, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, or similar project management tools

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proactive and accountable, with strong ownership of follow-through and deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams

• Comfortable identifying blockers, missing information, dependencies, and potential project risks

• Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or basic software development concepts is preferred

• Able to work independently and effectively within a fully remote team.

Position: Delivery Coordinator

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 40 hours a week during standard US Mountain Time working hours, with some flexibility

Holidays: 11 paid holidays and 10 days of paid time off annually

Salary: USD 1,800 - USD 2,200 per month
