Siana Marketing is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency helping construction, architecture, design, and real estate firms grow through SEO and AI-powered search.
We're looking for a Web Development Specialist to join our team and own the technical side of our clients' websites. You'll build, maintain, and optimize websites while working closely with our SEO, content, and design teams. As an early team member, you'll have significant opportunities to grow as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Build, update, and maintain websites using WordPress and Squarespace.
- Implement frontend changes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing technical support.
- Collaborate with designers, SEO strategists, and content writers to launch new pages and website improvements.
- Use AI tools to improve workflows and deliver work efficiently.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- Based in Colombia with B2 English proficiency or higher.
- Experience with WordPress and Squarespace.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI tools.
- Organized, proactive, and dependable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Basic SEO or technical SEO knowledge
