Job Description

Join a growing, client-focused financial planning practice where you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience and supporting investment and planning activities.
This role offers broad exposure to financial planning, portfolio management, and client relationship management. You will partner closely with advisors to support day-to-day operations, prepare client deliverables, and help drive a smooth and professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Advisor Support:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries

  • Support preparation for client meetings, including gathering and updating financial data

  • Attend client meetings as needed and assist with follow-up actions

  • Resolve client service requests in a timely and professional manner

Financial Planning & Investment Support:

  • Prepare financial planning deliverables (charts, reports, and presentations)

  • Assist in developing portfolio recommendations aligned with client goals and risk tolerance

  • Support portfolio reviews, reporting, and rebalancing activities

  • Monitor account activity and assist with trade coordination

Operations & Account Management:

  • Process new accounts, transfers, and account updates

  • Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to complete account activity

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Support ongoing data management and reporting needs

What Success Looks Like:

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Clear and professional communication with clients and team members

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment60% Finan& Prod

Education and Other Designations:

  • College degree preferred.

  • 2-5+ years of similar experience.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Experience with Envestnet and Thompson ONE

  • Currently holds or is willing to obtain within 6 months of hire: Series 7, Series 66, and applicable state life, accident, and health insurance licenses
