  • Create or work within signage designs, including graphics, layouts, and specifications for physical and digital environments.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, architects and cross-functional teams to integrate wayfinding solutions into overall design plans.
  • Conduct site analysis and user research to inform effective navigation systems.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce technical drawings, mockups and presentation materials for client approval.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant code and accessibility standards as well as safety regulations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for client meetings, project support and site visits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in wayfinding, environmental graphic design, signage design, or a related discipline.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating wayfinding systems, signage, or environmental graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Experience with CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents.
  • Excellent visual communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to support client meetings, site surveys, and project implementation.
