Warranty Administrator

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Warranty Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

Role overview

You'll process warranty claims end to end for a UK business — checking entitlement, submitting to the manufacturer, chasing decisions and keeping customers informed while the claim moves.

Claims move through several hands before they are paid, and the difference between a two-week and a two-month resolution is usually whoever is chasing it. That will be you.

You will work UK business hours from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers.

Key responsibilities

• Register and validate incoming warranty claims against policy terms
• Submit claims through manufacturer portals and track outcomes
• Chase outstanding decisions and escalate stalled cases
• Keep customers updated at each stage of the claim
• Reconcile approved claims against credits received
• Maintain accurate claim records and supporting documentation

What you'll need

• Experience with claims, warranty or high-volume case administration
• Comfortable working across supplier or manufacturer portals
• Strong attention to detail when checking entitlement and dates
• Clear, patient written English for customer updates
• Able to hold a caseload without losing track of open items

Nice to have

• Automotive, appliance or equipment sector exposure
• Experience reconciling credits or supplier invoices
• Familiarity with a ticketing system such as Zendesk
