Workday Time Tracking Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking functionality
- Gather business requirements from HR, Payroll, and Operations teams
- Design and configure:
- Time entry codes
- Time calculation rules
- Work schedules
- Shift configurations
- Overtime rules
- Time approval workflows
- Support time clock integrations and third-party vendor interfaces
- Configure absence and leave integrations with Time Tracking
- Maintain security roles and domain permissions related to time entry and approvals
- Troubleshoot time calculation issues, missing punches, and approval errors
- Perform system testing for new releases, enhancements, and patches
- Support Workday bi-annual releases and regression testing
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for time and labor data
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Assist with data audits, compliance, and labor law requirements
- Develop user training materials and conduct end-user training
- Support production incidents and resolve tickets within SLA timelines

- EIBs and integrations knowledge preferred
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Testing/UAT experience
- Stakeholder communication skills
