Position Overview:


As the VP of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and driving the strategic direction of our organization. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Speech Language Pathology (SLP) will be instrumental in shaping our clinical programs and maintaining clinical excellence.


Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and strategic guidance to the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology services.


2. Program Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and enhance clinical programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.


3. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance protocols, monitoring systems, and outcome measures to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical outcomes.


4. Staff Development: Train and mentor clinical staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and clinical excellence.


5. Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including families, schools, and community organizations, to ensure effective coordination and collaboration in delivering comprehensive care.


6. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditations related to ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology, ensuring compliance across all clinical operations.


7. Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest research, trends, and advancements in ABA and SLP fields, and champion the integration of evidence-based practices and innovative approaches into our programs.


8. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage the clinical department's budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while maintaining financial sustainability.


9. Performance Evaluation: Establish performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback to clinical staff to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards.



Requirements:

1. Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.


2. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in clinical leadership roles within ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology settings, including experience managing and supervising clinical staff.


3. Expertise: In-depth knowledge and expertise in both ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology, including evidence-based practices, assessment tools, and treatment strategies.


4. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing clinical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.


5. Compliance and Regulations: Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and accreditations related to ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology services.


6. Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including families, educators, therapists, and community organizations.


7. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, develop and execute clinical strategies, and make data-driven decisions to advance the organization's goals.


8. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement.


9. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure effective clinical operations.
