VP, OBPM Platform

Leading and Managing OBPM deployments for the bank. Participate in the ongoing core banking transformation, acting as a bridge between business & tech, and driving implementation/integration of Oracle Banking Payments for various channels. 

Required deep techno-functional expertise, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance (IFRS, etc.), and managing large-scale projects and Post Go Live Support with UAT, cutovers, and data migration. This is a senior role focused on delivering and managing  large-scale digital and core banking enhancements / Platforms often in a hybrid Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities 
Strategy & Leadership: Serve as a strategic technical/functional lead, driving vision for modernization, data/channel integration.
Project Delivery: Manage lifecycle from requirements to go-live, overseeing testing (SIT/UAT), cutovers, data migration, and stabilization.
Stakeholder Management: Interface with business leaders, IT, vendors, and external partners; provide executive reporting.
Technical Expertise: Provide deep knowledge of OBPM (versions like 14.x+), core banking, APIs, data integration, and banking channels (Retail, GTB).
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to banking standards, security policies, regulatory requirements (IFRS), and internal quality guidelines.
Gap Analysis: Lead workshops to identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities, defining resolution strategies. 

Production Support and Maintenance - Support and Manage OBPM platform for the bank. Ensure stability and deploy observability tools to ensure zero disruption to operations.
Specific Focus Areas
Channels Delivery Lead: Focuses on digital channels , APIs, and integration patterns.
Data Engineering: Focuses on data analytics, data pipelines, DWH/Data Lake integration, and ensuring data integrity. 
Key Skills & Experience
10+ years in core banking / OBPM (design, dev, implementation, support).
Proven experience in large, multi-country banking transformation programs.
Strong techno-functional skills in Payments
Experience with Agile/hybrid delivery.
Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, host-to-host integrations.
