AI Summary

The Visual Content Designer will create participant-facing visual assets including slide decks, graphics, and toolkits for organizing programs. They will collaborate across teams to ensure consistent branding while managing multiple projects on tight deadlines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Visual Content Designer is a full-time role for a designer who's ready to make the visuals that bring our organizing programs to life. You'll create the participant-facing visual content across Relentless programs — slide decks, graphics, and toolkits — that tens of thousands of people see, use, and share as they learn about upcoming elections and mobilize their friends and family to vote.

You have a strong eye for detail, can work quickly, and are creatively flexible. You're comfortable working from templates and brand guidelines to keep a consistent look across a lot of material. Most of this content is program-facing, so you're at home making things people will actually post and share. If you move easily between different kinds of design work, take feedback well, and are excited to work on a variety of projects, this role is built for you.

This is a full-time cycle role with an end date of November 15th, 2026.

  • Comfortable working from templates and brand guidelines to keep a consistent look across a lot of material.
  • Energized by fast-paced, evolving environments and juggling multiple projects on deadline.
  • Comfort with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack, or the ability to learn them quickly.

We're excited about candidates who are early in their career, with some hands-on experience, and an eagerness to grow.

HOW TO APPLY

In lieu of a cover letter, we'll ask you to answer a couple of short-answer questions and to include a link to 2-3 samples of your design work. It can be as simple as a link to a PDF or a website, and it doesn't need to be fancy — share projects that you’re proud of and that show your design skills.
