Virtual Wilson Reading Instructor Level II

LETS Therapy is seeking Wilson Level II Certified Instructors to provide intensive virtual reading intervention for Pennsylvania students in grades 6 through 12. Multiple individual and small group referrals are available. Most students require two or three 60-minute sessions each week, creating a steady caseload that can be built around your existing work schedule.

Build Work Around Your Life
Already working full time or balancing another position? That is not a problem. Virtual sessions may be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., based on each student’s availability. You can take one case, several cases, or build a larger caseload. We will work with you to find a schedule that is realistic and sustainable.

What You Will Do

• Provide individualized or small group Wilson Reading instruction.
• Deliver advanced Wilson instruction based on each student’s needs.
• Collect data and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and IEP teams.
• Complete service notes and progress documentation accurately and on time.

What You Will Need

• Current Wilson Reading System Level II Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Current Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal Background, and FBI clearances.
• Experience providing intensive structured literacy intervention.
• Ability to provide engaging virtual lessons and commit to the student’s required frequency.

Compensation and Engagement

• Up to $66 per hour, based on qualifications and assignment.
• Individual services pay up to $66 per hour. Small group compensation is based on the approved group structure and the number of participating learners.
• Independent contractor opportunity with compensation processed monthly.
• Flexible case selection based on provider and student availability.
