What You'll Be Responsible For

• Develop customized travel suggestions based on client preferences and budgets
• Arrange travel components such as lodging, transportation, activities, and excursions
• Assist with reservation requests, confirmations, and itinerary modifications
• Maintain consistent communication with travelers before and after bookings
• Collaborate with supplier partners to secure and verify travel arrangements
• Organize client records, travel documents, and booking information
• Stay informed on industry developments, destination highlights, and promotional offers
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the planning process

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, customer engagement, or service-focused work
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remain detail-oriented
• Comfortable using online platforms, email, and web-based applications
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another qualified hiring region
• Previous travel experience is not required; training is available
