No previous travel or hospitality experience is required. Training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist clients with reviewing travel opportunities based on their interests and objectives
• Research available accommodations, transportation options, cruises, excursions, and vacation packages
• Support reservation coordination using approved booking platforms and supplier systems
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel services, and available offers
• Help manage itinerary details, confirmations, and travel documentation
• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain organized digital records and client files
• Monitor supplier announcements, travel updates, and promotional campaigns
• Attend virtual training sessions and team development meetings
