Key Responsibilities
- Consult with travelers to understand their vacation interests, priorities, and desired experiences
- Research destinations, travel packages, accommodations, and recreational activities
- Present customized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
- Assist with securing reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, and excursions
- Answer travel-related questions and provide planning guidance
- Coordinate booking details with supplier partners and travel vendors
- Monitor reservations and assist with itinerary adjustments when needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements
- Stay informed about travel trends, destination highlights, and special offers
- Deliver outstanding customer support throughout the travel planning process
Qualifications
- Interest in leisure travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while remaining organized
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
- Basic computer proficiency and confidence using online systems
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through

- Must be at least 18 years of age
