Summary Overview

Do you enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences and helping people plan memorable getaways? We're growing our remote team and seeking friendly, organized individuals to join us as Virtual Hospitality Consultant.

In this work-from-home role, you'll assist clients with planning vacations that match their interests, travel style, and budget. You'll help coordinate every stage of the planning process, from researching destinations and comparing vacation options to confirming reservations and preparing travel details. Whether clients are booking all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, destination celebrations, luxury escapes, or international adventures, you'll help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools needed to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients by learning about their travel preferences and vacation goals
• Research resorts, hotels, cruise vacations, guided tours, and vacation packages
• Recommend travel options that best fit each client's interests, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and other travel arrangements
• Explain vacation packages, travel protection options, and available promotions
• Assist travelers throughout the reservation process and provide timely updates
• Communicate professionally through email, phone, messaging platforms, and virtual appointments
• Work with approved travel suppliers to secure reservations and verify booking information
• Review travel confirmations, itineraries, and documentation for accuracy
• Maintain organized client files and booking records
• Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel trends
• Deliver exceptional service that encourages repeat clients and referrals

Qualifications

• Interest in hospitality, travel, customer service, tourism, sales, or client support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable using computers and online communication tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
