At Encore, whether you are part of our Call Center team and making outreach calls to inform potential members of the benefits of our program, on the front lines in one of our centers in our gym or physical therapy departments, or on our Wellness Everywhere virtual team connecting with members, nation wide virtually; you will be able to see and feel the difference you are making on a daily basis.  *This position will work remotely, but candidate(s) must live in Las Vegas, NV*   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Included, but not limited to: Works closely with Virtual Programs Manager and Digital Media Manager to attain video production targets. Collaborate with Virtual Instructors to ensure timely production and delivery of engaging fitness content; providing feedback and ensuring alignment with the platform’s goals and target audience. Organize content calendars and promotional/marketing materials, ensuring accuracy of diverse mix of workout types, durations, and difficulty levels. Curate and post content on various social media platforms, emphasizing engagement and community building. Respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive and supportive online community. Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote virtual offerings and platform features. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. Assist in organizing and promoting virtual events, such as live workout sessions, connect events, or challenges. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, platform traffic, and social media metrics. Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of digital strategies and suggest improvements. Help maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels. Actively engage with members, addressing inquiries, and encouraging user-generated content. Stay updated on digital media trends and tools, exploring new technologies that can enhance the platform’s digital presence. Troubleshoot technical issues related to content delivery or user interactions. Stay adaptable to changes in the digital landscape and propose innovative ideas to keep the virtual platform competitive and engaging Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital media efforts with overall business goals Demonstrates communication ability and creates mechanisms to facilitate effective communication within the department and the organization   Qualifications: Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media, etc. Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Illustrator, After Effects, and Canva Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle While working from home, the employee must have a clean, organized, and dedicated workspace to be able to dedicate their full time and attention to their work during working hours; the environment must be distraction free.
