Video Podcast Editor & Producer

Last Level Studios is a start-up Roblox development studio creating 3D interactive social experiences on the platform. Alongside our game development, we produce Beyond The Blox, a weekly, video-first podcast that takes a deeper look at the Roblox platform through the eyes of its most influential creators and staff—including guests like Roblox CEO Dave Baszucki.

We’re looking for a part-time video podcast editor & producer to join us. You will be the creative engine behind our media presence, responsible for everything from high-quality post-production to coordinating high-profile guest outreach. This role is perfect for a storyteller who is deeply embedded in the Roblox ecosystem and understands how to craft compelling content for YouTube, Spotify, and social media.

We expect the role to take 6–10 hours per week (~1 day equivalent) depending on how quickly you work.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly long-form episodes to a broadcast-ready standard with a strict 2-day turnaround from recording to review.

• Create engaging short-form clips and highlights from each episode optimized for social media growth.

• Perform professional audio cleanup, including noise reduction and level balancing, ensuring a premium experience for audio-only listeners.

• Research and manage outreach to potential guests, coordinate recording schedules, and manage the overall production calendar.

• Collaborate with hosts and writers to brainstorm new segments, episode concepts, and visual branding.

• Capture and organize B-roll footage within Roblox games and maintain a library of reusable visual assets.

• Ensure all exports meet technical requirements for various platforms and implement feedback from the review process promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) with a portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form content.

• Good knowledge of the Roblox platform, its culture, and its creator community.

• Strong communication skills for professional guest outreach and internal collaboration.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines (specifically the 2-day turnaround requirement).

• High attention to detail regarding audio quality and visual branding.

• Physically located within the UK with the Right to Work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.

Nice to Have

• Experience using Roblox Player and Roblox Studio for capturing high-quality cinematic B-roll.

• Familiarity with social media algorithms (YouTube, TikTok, X) and what makes content go viral.

• Previous experience producing or hosting a podcast or YouTube channel.
