About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Video Editor who understands performance marketing not just editing.
This role is for someone who knows how to create high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives by combining strong editing skills with a deep understanding of advertising data and consumer psychology.
You won’t simply edit videos you’ll analyze campaign performance, identify winning creative patterns, and continuously improve ads to generate better results.

What You’ll Do

  • Edit high-performing short-form video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Analyze Meta Ads performance metrics to identify winning and underperforming creatives.

  • Improve existing ads based on campaign data, audience behavior, and funnel performance.

  • Develop compelling hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs, and storytelling that increase conversions.

  • Repurpose top-performing creatives into multiple testing variations.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ad concepts.

  • Stay current with Meta advertising trends, creative best practices, and competitor strategies.

  • Organize project files and consistently deliver high-quality work on deadline.


What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
• Proven experience editing direct-response Meta ads.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager metrics, including:
CTR
Hook Rate
Hold Rate
Watch Time
CPA
CPC
CPM
ROAS
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into better-performing creatives.
• Experience creating video ads designed to generate leads or sales—not just views.
• Strong copy instincts for hooks, captions, and calls-to-action.
• Experience with A/B creative testing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience working with agencies or performance marketing teams.

  • Knowledge of funnels, landing pages, and customer journeys.

  • Familiarity with AI editing tools and creative automation.

  • Experience editing UGC, testimonial, VSL, and founder-style videos.

  • Basic motion graphics and animation skills.

  • Experience scaling paid social campaigns.
