Who You Are

We're looking for a skilled Contract Video Editor to join our creative team on a per-project basis. The right person will work closely with our producers to transform raw interview footage and b-roll into compelling, investor-ready campaign videos.

This is not a social media or ads role. Our output is polished, longer-format branded storytelling — founder interviews cut into compelling narratives, company story videos, and fundraising campaign films. If you're used to turning raw talking-head footage into clean, engaging content with sharp motion graphics, this is for you.

For the right editor, this can become a steady stream of work. We have a consistent pipeline of projects.

 

What you will do

  • 2–3 minute startup campaign videos designed to raise capital from investors (hero deliverable)

  • Founder-led interview and talking-head content

  • Brand anthem videos and branded commercial content for B2B and consumer-facing companies

  • Occasional TV-style brand spots

 

What skills you need

Must-haves:

  • Strong portfolio of polished branded content and/or corporate video — think pitch videos, product launch films, company stories, or similar

  • Excellent at editing talking-head and interview footage — clean cuts, strong pacing, clarity of message

  • Proficiency in motion graphics to elevate the visual quality of edits

  • Comfortable with longer-format branded content (2–5 min), not just short clips or ads

  • Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills

  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects

  • Organized, reliable, and responsive — you manage your own deadlines and communicate proactively

Nice to have:

  • Experience editing TV commercials or broadcast-quality branded content

  • Familiarity with startup, fundraising, or investor-facing content

  • Based in South America (Colombia especially welcome)
