About the Opportunity

We are looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy helping people and are interested in learning more about the vacation and hospitality industry. As a Vacation Services Advisor, you will work with clients to understand what they are looking for and assist them with finding and coordinating experiences that match their needs.

Client requests can range from relaxing resort stays and cruises to family vacations, romantic escapes, group getaways, tours, activities, and international trips.

This is a remote, beginner-friendly opportunity. Industry experience is not required, and structured training and educational resources are available.

Your Role

• Speak with clients about their destination interests, vacation style, timeframe, and spending range
• Explore available experiences that match individual requests
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, packages, transportation, excursions, and activities
• Identify options that align with each client's priorities
• Explain relevant features, amenities, inclusions, and reservation requirements
• Help coordinate chosen vacation services using approved supplier resources
• Check traveler and reservation information for completeness and accuracy
• Keep confirmations, schedules, and other important details organized
• Monitor upcoming deposits, final payments, and planning deadlines
• Follow up with clients as their vacation arrangements progress
• Provide general pre-departure information and reservation updates
• Assist with standard questions and modification requests
• Maintain organized client records and communication notes
• Stay current on destinations, supplier offerings, and vacation experiences

• Reliable internet connection and compatible device
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
