About the Position

We are seeking personable, service-driven individuals to join our virtual team as Vacation Relations Specialists. In this role, you will be a resource for clients as they explore vacation ideas, evaluate available experiences, and prepare for their upcoming trips.

The position combines customer communication, online research, reservation assistance, and follow-up. Client requests may range from relaxing resort stays and cruises to family vacations, romantic escapes, group trips, celebrations, tours, and international experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Establish positive relationships with new and returning clients
  • Ask questions to understand each client's vacation style, interests, dates, and budget
  • Research destinations and experiences that fit individual preferences
  • Locate suitable resorts, hotels, cruises, packages, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Share relevant choices and help clients understand available features and inclusions
  • Respond to questions and provide general vacation-planning information
  • Assist clients with moving forward on their preferred selections
  • Work with approved supplier resources to coordinate requested arrangements
  • Review traveler information and reservation details for completeness
  • Keep confirmations and other important trip information organized
  • Remind clients about upcoming payments, documentation needs, and important dates
  • Maintain regular communication as the vacation approaches
  • Provide pre-trip updates and assist with routine reservation requests
  • Record client interactions and maintain accurate account information
  • Stay informed about supplier products, destination updates, and available promotions

Qualifications

  • Friendly and professional approach to customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable building relationships with clients
  • Organized and consistent with follow-up
  • Detail-focused when handling important information
  • Able to research and compare online options effectively
  • Comfortable balancing multiple client requests
  • Self-directed and dependable in a remote environment
  • Basic proficiency with computers, email, and internet-based tools
  • Willing to learn new reservation systems and supplier platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and compatible device
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain or another qualifying countries
