Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Vacation Planning Consultant. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand what they are looking for in a getaway and help turn those ideas into organized vacation plans.
You will assist with a variety of experiences, including all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, romantic escapes, group trips, tours, weekend getaways, and international destinations. Your role will combine client communication, vacation research, coordination, and ongoing planning support.
No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, destination education, supplier resources, and continued support are provided.
Responsibilities

Consult with clients about their vacation goals, dates, interests, and spending preferences

Research destinations and experiences that fit individual traveler requests

Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages

Prepare personalized vacation options for clients to consider

Explain package inclusions, accommodations, available promotions, and reservation requirements

Help clients coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and other selected services

Complete reservation-related tasks using approved supplier platforms

Organize booking confirmations, itinerary information, and important trip details

Track upcoming deadlines and follow up when additional information is needed

Review reservations carefully to ensure names, dates, and selected services are accurate

Assist with routine questions, modifications, and special requests

Keep clients informed throughout the planning and preparation process

Maintain organized records of client preferences, communications, and reservations
