About the Opportunity
We are seeking organized, motivated individuals who enjoy researching destinations, working with customers, and bringing vacation details together. As a Vacation Planning Consultant, you will help clients explore getaway possibilities and coordinate arrangements based on their interests, schedules, and budgets.
What You'll Do
Learn about each client's vacation goals, preferred dates, interests, and budget
Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and vacation packages
Compare available options and help clients identify choices that fit their needs
Coordinate selected accommodations, transportation, and activities using approved booking resources
Organize reservation details and provide confirmations, itineraries, and important trip information
Assist with routine booking updates, schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests
Track important deadlines and follow up on outstanding travel details
Review reservations for accuracy before departure
Maintain organized client records and planning notes
Complete ongoing destination and supplier education
