Vacation Experience Consultant

In this role, you'll partner with clients to design personalized vacations, coordinate travel details, and provide exceptional support throughout the planning process. What You Will Do

• Meet with clients to learn about their travel interests, vacation goals, preferred destinations, schedules, and budgets
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, attractions, and vacation packages
• Create personalized travel recommendations based on each client's preferences and priorities
• Coordinate reservations, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary details through approved travel partners
• Prepare travel itineraries, booking confirmations, travel documents, and important pre-departure information
• Assist with itinerary changes, reservation updates, cancellations, and special travel requests
• Review travel arrangements to help ensure every booking is accurate and complete
• Stay connected with clients by providing updates, answering questions, and offering support throughout the planning journey
• Maintain organized client files, booking records, and communication history using company systems
• Utilize preferred supplier relationships and company resources to deliver exceptional travel experiences
• Continue expanding your destination knowledge through ongoing training, supplier education, and professional development
