About the Opportunity

As a Vacation Consultant, you will work with clients to identify travel options that match their interests, schedules, and budgets. From relaxing beach resorts and cruise vacations to family getaways and international adventures, you'll help travelers plan experiences that create lasting memories.

This role offers the flexibility of working from home while developing valuable skills in client relations, travel planning, and sales support. No prior travel industry experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to learn about their travel goals, preferences, and desired experiences
• Research destinations, vacation packages, resorts, cruises, and travel opportunities
• Present personalized travel recommendations tailored to individual needs
• Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions
• Provide guidance throughout the planning and decision-making process
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and virtual communication platforms
• Coordinate travel arrangements and booking details with supplier partners
• Maintain accurate records of itineraries, reservations, and client interactions
• Stay informed about industry trends, destination highlights, and promotional offers
• Deliver exceptional service from the initial inquiry through trip confirmation

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, sales, or tourism
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based tools
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
• Previous travel industry experience is not required; training is provided
