About the Role

We are seeking reliable, detail-focused individuals to join our remote team as Vacation Booking Advisors. This position involves assisting clients with researching vacation choices, reviewing available services, and coordinating the arrangements they decide to book.

You may work with requests involving resort vacations, cruises, all-inclusive packages, family getaways, romantic trips, group vacations, tours, activities, and international destinations.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals interested in developing experience in vacation planning and customer service. Previous industry experience is not required, and training resources are available to help you learn the necessary systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss upcoming vacation needs with prospective and existing clients
• Collect important information including destination interests, dates, budgets, and traveler preferences
• Search available vacation products using approved supplier resources
• Identify accommodations, cruises, packages, transportation, excursions, and activities that meet client requirements
• Present suitable selections and answer questions about available choices
• Review pricing, amenities, inclusions, and reservation requirements with clients
• Assist with completing requested bookings through authorized platforms
• Confirm traveler names and other reservation information before processing
• Organize booking confirmations, payment information, and important trip documents
• Track deposit requirements, final payment dates, and other reservation deadlines
• Follow up on incomplete requests and outstanding client decisions
• Keep clients informed of relevant reservation information
• Assist with standard changes, updates, and booking-related questions
• Maintain accurate electronic records for client reservations
• Continue learning about suppliers, destinations, promotions, and vacation products

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or another qualifying region
