We foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where creativity and technical excellence thrive. ## Job Title UX / UI Design ## Location New Cairo, Egypt (with international collaboration) ## Years of Experience 0–5 years ## Job Description As a UX/UI Designer at ITGOALS, you will help shape user-centered mobile experiences within the MOAP Delivery scope. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product, and development teams to translate user needs and business requirements into clear information architecture, intuitive user flows, and polished UI designs for iOS and Android. This role is ideal for early-career designers who enjoy problem-solving, collaboration, and iterating from discovery through delivery while maintaining consistency with brand, platform guidelines, and accessibility standards. ## Key Responsibilities * Analyze user needs and business requirements for mobile applications within the MOAP Delivery scope. * Design information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns for iOS and Android experiences. * Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with Client Flow, platform guidelines, and accessibility requirements. * Facilitate UX/UI workshops with business stakeholders and, where applicable, end users to align on goals, constraints, and success criteria. * Collect feedback, validate assumptions, and iteratively refine designs based on stakeholder input and user insights. * Prepare and maintain design specifications and assets for development teams, including design systems, component libraries, and redlines/annotations. * Support usability testing activities and evaluate user feedback to improve new and existing applications. * Ensure consistent, user-centered mobile experiences aligned with the Client brand across features and releases. * Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility, clarify interactions, and support implementation quality. ## Required Skills & Qualifications * 0–5 years of experience in UX/UI design (including internships, freelance work, or academic projects). * Strong understanding of UX fundamentals: user flows, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles. * Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile applications. * Working knowledge of iOS and Android design patterns and platform conventions. * Awareness of accessibility principles and how to apply them in mobile UI design. * Experience preparing clear handoff documentation (specs, redlines, assets) for engineering teams. * Strong communication and facilitation skills to run or support workshops and present design rationale. * Ability to incorporate feedback constructively and iterate quickly while maintaining design consistency. * Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar). ## Nice to Have * Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system and reusable component library. * Exposure to usability testing methods (moderated/unmoderated), test planning, and synthesizing findings. * Basic understanding of mobile development constraints and handoff best practices (responsive layouts, assets, states, edge cases). * Familiarity with analytics-informed design or measuring UX improvements through qualitative/quantitative signals. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with cross-functional teams. ## What Success Looks Like * Mobile user journeys are clear, intuitive, and aligned with both user needs and business goals. * Designs are consistent with Client Flow, brand standards, platform guidelines, and accessibility requirements. * Stakeholders and delivery teams are aligned through effective workshops, clear documentation, and transparent decision-making. * Development handoffs are smooth, with well-prepared specs and reusable components that reduce rework. * Usability feedback is translated into actionable improvements that measurably enhance the user experience over time. ## Additional Information This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful mobile products with international collaboration, learn from experienced teammates, and grow your UX/UI craft in a supportive, delivery-focused environment.
